The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have the meanings as described below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service, through Cookies and other automatic information collection technologies, mainly about Your actions on Our Website or Application, whether or not through third-party analytics service providers, with the aim of adjusting and improving the browsing experience of the users.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of Our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the features You use, the actions You take, the time spent on those visited pages or performed activities, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit Our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

The Company allows You to create an Account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

3. How do We Share Your Personal Data

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: We work with third-party Service Providers who help Us provide and improve Our Service, making it possible to operate and provide them to people around the world and, therefore, We may share Your personal information with such Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of Our Service. We do not sell any of Your information to anyone and We also impose strict restrictions on how Our partners can use and disclose the data provided by You.

Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.
  • With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose supported by the data protection applicable laws for which You have provided Your prior written express consent.
  • Law enforcement or legal requests: We may share information with law enforcement authorities or in response to legal requests.

4. Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. Please note that when You request us to delete and remove all data from your Account, We will permanently delete or anonymize the content You have provided, except when its maintenance is authorized or imposed by the applicable law or mandated by a court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction, and You won’t be able to recover that information later. If You prefer not to delete or remove Your account but wish to temporarily stop using Our Service, You can choose to temporarily cancel and deactivate Your Account instead. 

We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes, in compliance with the applicable law. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

We may also retain, use, and share anonymous or aggregate and de-identified information for lawfully permissible purposes, including developing and improving Our Service, research purposes, evaluating, and informing about Our Services.

Note that, according to applicable law, We provide You with the ability to access, rectify, and erase Your data anytime You want.

5.  Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. We share information globally, both internally within the Company, and externally with Our partners and with those You connect and share with around the world in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

6. Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete, or request that We assist in deleting, the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

7. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred to a new owner or a new corporate entity resulting from such transaction. Our Service was developed to be used exclusively by registered realtors over the age of 18 and, as such, it does not address. It is not aimed at, anyone under the age of thirteen (13), as We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of all users, but especially of minors. In compliance with applicable data protection regulations, we have implemented age gates and other tools designed to prevent access to the Application and to our Services by users under the age of thirteen. These measures include:

  1. Age Verification: Users are required to provide their date of birth during the registration process. Access will be restricted for any user who indicates they are under the age of thirteen.
  2. Parental Consent: For users who are close to the age threshold, we may require additional verification or parental consent to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  3. Regular Monitoring: We continuously monitor our platform to identify and address any potential breaches of our age restrictions.

By implementing these measures, We aim to create a safe and secure environment for all users while adhering to the highest standards of data protection.

In light of the above, We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). If You are a parent or legal guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us immediately. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) in a manner inconsistent with any applicable legal requirements, We will either take steps to remove that information from Our servers or immediately seek the parent’s or legal guardian’s consent for that collection.

If We need to collect and process any child’s Personally Identifiable Information, We will only do so under consent obtained in a specific, highlighted and detached manner from at least one parent or legal guardian of the child.

In the event of unauthorized access to Personal Data, We will, in up to seventy two (72) hours after becoming aware of the breach, notify the affected user(s) and, if applicable, notify the local Data Protection Authority in accordance with applicable law, and as appropriate, coordinate with the affected user(s) the provision of reasonable support and notices to all affected individuals.

Notice of the breach and unauthorized access to Personal Data will be sent to the affected users and the local Data Protection Authority, as applicable, by e-mail, and will contain, at a minimum, (i) information about the data subjects involved, (ii) an indication of the technical and security measures used to protect the Personal Data, observing commercial and industrial secrets, (iii) the risks related to the incident, and (v) the measures that have been or will be taken to reverse or mitigate the effects of the breach.
